Best of Blogging 2009-2010 Results!

After weeks of preparation and blogosphere buzz, the wait is over! Clear Admit is pleased to end the Best of Blogging suspense by releasing the results of our first annual Best of Law Blogging Awards! For those not in the know, the goal of this competition was to identify and celebrate bloggers who have made significant contributions to the online law school community over the last year. The wit, insights and advice of many of this year’s nominees will become a treasure trove of information and stress relief for those who bravely follow in their footsteps.

We arrived at the rankings for each category by tallying and combining the votes of the nominees and the Clear Admit staff. Below are the final results of the competition, including the top ten finalists, as well as winners in a handful of more specific categories.

In the interest of time and ease of reading, please hold your applause until all the winners are announced…

IDWSJ Law School: A Life of 1,000 Acquaintances and One Friend

We’ll be getting in touch with the top-ranked bloggers this week to iron out prize selection and distribution.  IDWSJ will have his pick of either a collection of legal eagle movies or a $100 Amazon.com gift certificate. First and second runners up, Huma and Dennis Jansen, will be awarded $50 Amazon.com gift certificates. Congratulations to all the winners! And, of course, to the entire ‘blawging’ community, nominated or not, without whom the BoB awards would not be possible. We’re looking forward to another great year of content detailing the application process and law school experience – happy reading and writing!
